– How does online booking work?

To confirm the booking, the applicable booking fee is paid online.
This amount is deducted from the total rental price.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the rental, before departure.

– Is the amount paid online the rental price?

No. It is only the booking fee used to secure the boat and the selected date.

– Is the deposit included in the price?
No. The deposit is paid separately and is not included in
either the booking fee or the rental price.

– Do I need a license to rent a boat?
It depends on the boat. There are boats with a license and
without a license.

– What happens if I book a licensed boat and I don’t have one?
You can rent it with a professional skipper, at an
additional cost, as long as it is requested
in advance.
If this is not communicated beforehand and there is no skipper available or
they are already booked, the rental may be cancelled with no right to a refund
of the reservation.

– Who is allowed to drink alcohol on board?
The skipper is not allowed to drink alcohol under any circumstances.
The other passengers may drink alcohol, always responsibly.

– Is fuel included?
Boats without a license: fuel is included.
Boats with a license: fuel is not included and is paid separately.

– How early should I arrive?
You must arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

– What happens if I arrive late?
Delays have an additional cost and do not extend the booked time.

– How many people can be on board?
You must not exceed the maximum authorized capacity of the boat.

– Is smoking allowed on board?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the boats.

– Can I leave the designated navigation area?
No. Leaving the authorized areas will result in the
total loss of the deposit.

– Can water sports be done?
Yes, on licensed boats activities such as:

– Wakeboard
– Donut
– Paddle

Each activity has an additional cost of +30 €.

– What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions are not safe, a date change at no cost will be offered or, if not possible, a refund of the reservation amount.

– Can I cancel my reservation?
With more than 7 days’ notice: refund of 100% of the reservation.
With less than 7 days: the reservation is non-refundable.

– Is there a right of withdrawal?
No. As this is a leisure activity with a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal.

– Is there parking nearby?
Yes. There is parking available at the port of Cala d’Or.

– Do the boats have a cooler?
Yes. All boats are equipped with a cooler.

– Is ice included?
No. The customer must bring their own ice.

– Can I play music?
Yes. All boats are equipped with a speaker.

– Can I bring food and drinks on board?
Yes, as long as the boat is kept clean.

– What happens if we leave the boat very dirty?
Excessive dirt may result in a partial or total retention of the deposit.

– Can I bring pets on board?
Prior consultation required. It depends on the type of vessel.
